SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

James Albert Carney Jr., 31, of Kittanning waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, possession of a small amount of marijuana and disorderly conduct, filed Jan. 4 by state police.

Joseph Alan Carney, 29, of Kittanning waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, possession of a small amount of marijuana, disorderly conduct and an open container violation, filed Jan. 4 by state police.

Christopher J. Cicco, 36, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, failure to stop and render aid after an accident, illegally entering or crossing a road, and careless driving, filed Oct. 18 by Penn Township police.

Curtis D. Cratty, 40, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving on the wrong side of the road and a lane violation, filed Jan. 8 by Buffalo Township police.

Megan Lorraine Donnelly, 29, of Sarver waived to court charges of forgery, bad checks, receiving stolen property and access device fraud, filed Jan. 31 by state police.

Donnelly, in a separate case filed Feb. 19 by state police, waived to court charges of forgery, theft, receiving stolen property and access device fraud.

Scott S. Freehling, 27, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, reckless driving, driving on the wrong side of the road, not using turn signals, and possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed Jan. 25 by Buffalo Township police.

Freehling, In a separate case filed Jan. 28 by Buffalo Township police, waived to court charges of access device fraud and theft by deception.

Alfred H. Hurst, 44, of Lyndora waived to court charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license-DUI related, driving on the wrong side of the road, a lane violation and careless driving. filed Oct. 25 by state police.

Erin Moan, 30, of Tarentum, Allegheny County, pleaded guilty to a charge of bad checks, filed in a private complaint Jan. 16 by Glassmere Fuel Service. Moan was ordered to pay $533 in restitution, fines and court costs.

Frank Puwalowski, 51, of Cheswick, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and a lane violation, filed Dec. 27 by Penn Township police.

Jeffrey J. Spang, 30, of Ford Cliff, Armstrong County, was held for court on charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, possession of a small amount of marijuana and disorderly conduct, filed Jan. 4 by state police.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Kenneth C. Goldinger, 24, of Kittanning pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Jan. 18. Goldinger was ordered to pay $346 in fines and court costs.Terry Hinchberger, 54, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving without a license and following too closely to another vehicle, filed Dec. 12.Christopher Jensen, 23, of Chicora waived to court charges of trespass and criminal mischief, filed Oct. 17.Denise Latimore, 28, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and following too closely to another vehicle, filed Dec. 19.Joseph Metzler, 21, of Kittanning pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Aug. 14. Metzler was ordered to pay $146 in fines and court costs.Alyson Ream, 22, of Seneca, Venango County, waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed Oct. 25.Billie Joe Schuller, 25, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of theft, filed Dec. 10. Schuller was ordered to pay $495 in fines and court costs.Karl Slaughenhoupt, 23, of Petrolia waived to court charges of access device fraud, filed Sept. 26.Norman Ziegler Jr., 48, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and disregarding traffic lanes, filed Dec. 28.
