9:03 p.m. Friday — Mark B. Coulter, 39, of Center Township was arrested for driving under the influence at West Brady and North Church streets, police said. Coulter also was wanted on two warrants.In addition to DUI, Coulter faces charges of driving with a suspended license and a stop sign violation, stemming from the traffic stop.

6:39 a.m. Sunday — A sport utility vehicle driven by Diana Shumaker, no age given, of Evans City struck a cement barrier and embankment after sliding on ice-covered Route 422 near the Duffy Road overpass. Shumaker suffered minor injuries.12:20 a.m. Saturday — Someone threw a brick through a window at the Irene Stacy Community Mental Health building on Hillvue Drive. Damage is estimated at $100.

2:33 p.m. Monday — A car driven by Iris Neiser, 52, of Pittsburgh crashed into a guardrail on Interstate 79 in Muddy Creek Township. Neiser was treated at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh for moderate injuries. Neiser was cited for a lane violation.1:30 p.m. Monday — A car driven by William M. Crawford, 34, of Kittanning struck a tree and mailbox along Route 308 in Center Township.Monday — A green, Plymouth Voyager was reported stolen from Kennedy Diversified on Route 8 in Slippery Rock Township. The minivan with the Pennsylvania license plate WL22154 was stolen between 2 p.m. Sunday and 4:40 a.m. Monday.9:10 a.m. Sunday — A sport utility vehicle driven by Patricia Elliott, 46, of Butler struck a utility pole after sliding about 50 feet on Elliott Drive in Center Township.8:45 a.m. Sunday — A car driven by Daniel Young, 28, of Butler slid on ice-covered Lyons Road in Center Township, and collided with another car driven by Stephen Shinsky, 19, no address given.7:50 a.m. Monday — An SUV driven by Wayne Jackson, 45, of Butler struck the rear of a car in a ditch from an earlier crash along ice-covered Eagle Mill Road in Connoquenessing Township.The driver of the car, who was not identified, was not in that vehicle when the SUV struck it.7:40 a.m. Sunday — A car driven by Barbara Poloka, 52, of Portersville struck a utility pole after sliding off ice-covered East Portersville Road in Muddy Creek Township. She was treated at Butler Memorial Hospital for a minor injury to her nose.Poloka was cited for driving too fast for conditions and not wearing a seat belt.7:35 a.m. Sunday — An SUV driven by Melody Hooks, 47, of Kittanning struck several small trees after sliding off ice-covered Route 422 near Carbon Center Road in Summit Township. Hooks suffered minor injuries.7 a.m. Sunday — A car driven by Paul Kasbee, 78, of Fredonia, Mercer County, crashed and rolled over in the median on I-79 in Muddy Creek Township. Kasbee was cited for driving too fast for conditions.7:05 a.m. Sunday — Acar driven by Jennifer Bigley, 36, of Mercer crashed into a guardrail on I-79 in Muddy Creek Township. Police said Bigley was cited for driving too fast for conditions.7 a.m. Sunday — A pickup truck driven by Joseph McKain, 58, of Cabot struck a guardrail and rolled onto its side after sliding off Route 422 at Route 68 in Summit Township.12:01 a.m. Sunday — Kevin D. Covington, 20, of Pittsburgh was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after he was stopped on I-79 at Route 488 in Muddy Creek Township.9:08 a.m. Saturday — Logan William Martin, 18, of Slippery Rock was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on Route 8 in Brady Township. Martin also faces charges for underage drinking and possession of drug paraphernalia.10:45 a.m. Saturday — A car driven by Douglas Wetzel, 23, and a pickup driven by Richard Dittman Jr., 32, both of Fenelton, in an attempt to avoid a collision, both went off Old Route 422 in Clearfield Township. The car traveled about 50 feet over a hillside. The pickup hit an embankment.4 a.m. Friday — Aaron Terdle, 21, of Hidden Valley, Somerset County, was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after his car struck a guardrail on I-79 in Muddy Creek Township. Terdle suffered minor head injuries.Thursday — Paul Neff reported someone between 3 and 3:30 p.m. stole an undisclosed amount of scrap metal from the yard at his Rattigan Road home in Donegal Township.12:01 a.m. Jan. 28 — Kelly Berthold, 32, of Butler was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after her car struck a tree along Minich Road in Center Township.

10:30 a.m. Sunday — A pickup truck driven by Joseph Dunkerely, 45, of Grove City crashed into a ditch after sliding off Blacktown Road in Springfield Township.9:45 a.m. Sunday — A car driven by Tera Frydrych, 23, of Grove City crashed after sliding off Route 208 in Pine Township. The car flipped over once and landed on its wheels.
