BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin P. O'Donnell recently heard these cases:

Cortney L. Anthony, 32, of Butler was ordered held for court on charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Oct. 20 by Butler Township police.

Robert J. Buzanoski, 43, of Renfrew waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving on roads laned for traffic, careless driving and failure to use safety belt, filed Jan. 22 by state police.

Shane T. Carlton, 36, of Butler waived to court a charge of theft, filed Jan. 2 by Butler Township police.

David J. Clark, 41, of Sarver waived to court charges of theft and criminal trespass, filed Jan. 2 by Butler Township police.

Tiffany A. Edinger, 26, waived to court a charge of theft of services, filed Oct. 18 by Butler Township police. Edinger has no known address.

Christopher L. Edwards, 27, of Chicora waived to court three counts of bad checks, filed Sept. 28 by Butler Township police.

Mark J. Fennell, 20, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of criminal mischief, filed Jan. 17 by Butler Township police. Fennell was sentenced to pay $341 in fines and court costs.

Devon Norris, Jr., 43, of Sharon pleaded guilty to charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under suspension, general lighting and operation without inspection, filed Feb. 4 by Butler Township police. Norris was sentenced to pay $1,596 in fines and court costs.

Adam A. Selfridge, 27, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of bad checks and four counts each theft by deception and receiving stolen property, filed Dec. 18 by Butler Township police.
