Mona Lillian Rosenberger, 81, of Sugar Creek Rest, formerly of East Brady, died Wednesday at ACMH Hospital.

Born Jan. 26, 1926, in Armstrong County, she was the daughter of Lester and Alma Wiles Burford.

She was a lifelong resident of the East Brady area and had been a bus driver for Shriver Bus Co. She also had been a waitress and bartender at Travelers Hotel and at Rock Ann Haven.

Mrs. Rosenberger was a member of St. Paul's Community Church, where she had been a Sunday school teacher. She also was a member and former treasurer of the Bradys Bend American Legion Auxiliary.

She enjoyed watching football, playing bingo and crocheting.

Surviving are two children and their spouses, Bernard and Shirley Craig of Kittanning and Sharon and Larry Curtis of Chicora; and four grandchildren, Lindsey Curtis of Chicora, Shelly Sacik of Mercer, Scott Sacik of Springdale and Jeff Sacik of Cresson.

Her husband, Lester Rosenberger, died in February 2003. An infant son and an infant daughter also preceded her in death.

<B>ROSENBERGER</B> — Friends of Mona Lillian Rosenberger, who died Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2008, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at <B>Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home</B>, 832 E. Brady Road, Cowansville. Visitation also will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Paul's Community Church, Chicora, where services will follow at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Randall Forester officiating. Burial will be at Oak Grove Cemetery.Memorial donations may be made to St. Paul's Community Church.
