William J. 'Billy' Green
William Joseph "Billy" Green, 45, of Butler died at 2:33 a.m. Sunday at his home after a long illness.
Born Feb. 11, 1962, in Butler, he was the son of Robert C. "Bob" and Mary L. "Renie" McEvoy Green.
He attended the St. Paul Roman Catholic Church.
Mr. Green was an executive chef at the Hickory Hill Country Club in Missouri and had been the head chef at Butler Country Club.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing cards and cooking.
Surviving are his companion, Pam Curry of Butler; three sons, William, Matthew and Tyler Green, all of Missouri; a grandson; a stepgrandson; stepchildren, Joey, Chealsey, Nick and Samantha; his parents of Butler; two sisters, Mrs. Kurt (Colleen) Rosander of Wexford and Kathleen Nevel of Butler; and four brothers, Robert, Joseph, Timothy and Daniel Green all of Butler.
He was preceded in death by grandparents.
<B>GREEN</B> — Friends of William Joseph "Billy" Green, who died Sunday, Jan. 13, 2008, will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. today and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the <B>Young Funeral Home</B>, 127 W.
