All I have to say about Collen Coulter who wrote the letter, is she is a fruit cake. She is so concerned with her children sitting for ten minutes? Would she rather that the busses just fly on the icy roads? Maybe she should think before she goes making a fool of herself any more and writes any more letters that make absolutely no sense. Yea we live in Western PA, welcome to a place where it snows, take a look out your window! My children used to attend the Moniteau district and I thought the Campbell Bus Co, and administartion did a fine job of protecting the lives of children.
