Dorothy Irene Stoner Henry, 93, of Butler, formerly of West Sunbury and Eau Claire, died Tuesday at Sunnyview Home.

Born Oct. 31, 1914, in Clay Township, she was the daughter of Andrew Jackson and Ada Melissa McNanny Wolford.

She was a member of both the United Church of the Nazarene in West Sunbury and the North Washington Presbyterian Church. She was a Sunday school teacher at the North Washington Presbyterian Church for 15 years.

She retired as a supervisor from the United Presbyterian Children's Home in Mars.

She was a former member of the North Washington Ladies Auxiliary. She loved to read and spend time with her family.

Surviving are a daughter, Ruth Ann Woolcock and her husband, Ed, of Oil City; two sons, Robert Stoner of North Washington and Donald Stoner and his wife, Vicki, of Butler; four stepdaughters, Mrs. Charles (Jean) Olen of Prospect, Mrs. Richard (Sandra) Carlantonio of Boyers, Mrs. Jon (Rebecca) Miller of Harrisville, and Mrs. David (Kimberly) Bowrin of Remmington, Va.; two stepsons, Gary Henry of Butler and Jeffrey Henry and his wife, Niki, of Florida; seven grandchildren, Sandy Stoner, Donna Patterson, Robin King, Christina Dublin, Jason Woolcock, Justin Woolcock and D. Scot Stoner; 12 great-grandchildren; 19 step-grandchildren, and 27 step-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Robert R. Stoner, who died Oct. 21, 1967; her second husband, Warren W. Henry who died Jan. 7, 2001; a stepdaughter; two grandsons; a stepgrandson; two step-great grandchildren; seven sisters, and four brothers.

<B>HENRY</B>— Friends of Dorothy Irene Stoner Henry, who died Tuesday, Jan. 8, 2008, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at <B>Young Funeral Home</B>, Butler.Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.Burial will be in the North Washington Cemetery.Information is available at www.youngfuneralhomes.com.
