Frederic C. Arnold III, 62, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving under the influence of a controlled substance, driving with no headlights, driving on the wrong side of the road, and a pair of lane violations, filed Nov. 2. by state police.

Kristen Lee Capellan, 31, of Munhall, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of DUI, driving on the wrong side of the road, careless driving and a lane violation, filed Nov. 16 by state police.

Joyce L. Dasch, 45, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of DUI and a lane violation, filed Dec. 17 by state police.

Eric Thomas Deal, 27, of Butler waived to court a charge of DUIfiled by state police.

Nicholas B. Parison Jr., 39, of Sarver waived to court charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed Jan. 16 by Buffalo Township police.

He was charged Jan. 9 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, accidents involving damage to unattended vehicle or property, improper movement and driving without headlights.Jared William Mayhew, 27, of Renfrew had his case held to court. He was charged Nov. 13, 2007, by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard of traffic lane, failing to drive at safe speeds and careless driving.Michael Anthony Rouda, 19, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 2 by the Jackson Township police with theft by unlawful taking.Sylina Johnson, 31, of Zelienople waived her case to court. She was charged Jan. 4 by the Zelienople police with simple assault and harassment.Jessie Robert Icenhour, 29, of Valencia waived his case to court.
