Kristen Lee Capellan, 31, of Munhall, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of DUI, driving on the wrong side of the road, careless driving and a lane violation, filed Nov. 16 by state police.

EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Mark Reed Dougherty, 50, of Hilliards waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 9 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, accidents involving damage to unattended vehicle or property, improper movement and driving without headlights.Jared William Mayhew, 27, of Renfrew had his case held to court. He was charged Nov. 13, 2007, by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard of traffic lane, failing to drive at safe speeds and careless driving.Michael Anthony Rouda, 19, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 2 by the Jackson Township police with theft by unlawful taking.Sylina Johnson, 31, of Zelienople waived her case to court. She was charged Jan. 4 by the Zelienople police with simple assault and harassment.Jessie Robert Icenhour, 29, of Valencia waived his case to court.
