BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases, filed by Butler Township police:

Edward J. Brandt, 84, of Renfrew pleaded guilty to a charge of driving on the wrong side of the road, filed Nov. 5. Brandt was ordered to pay $135 in fines and court costs.

Richard A. Braun, 45, of Butler waived to court a charge of driving under the influence, filed Dec. 31.

Bryan R. Bricker, 40, of Petrolia waived to court charges of DUI, accidents involving damage to an attended vehicle, possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and driving too fast for conditions, filed Dec. 14.

Keith J. Buckley, 30, of Slippery Rock waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed Dec. 19.

Jeffrey W. Colussy, 42, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and a traffic signal violation, filed Dec. 26.

Jeffrey A. Elkhalili, 30, of Butler waived to court charges of child endangerment, DUI and driving an unregistered vehicle, filed Dec. 26.

Dwayne R. Emerick Jr., 22, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft, receiving stolen property and conspiracy, filed Nov. 26.

Nikolas A. Gaillot, 30, of Butler pleaded guilty to two counts of bad checks, filed Dec. 10. Gaillot was ordered to pay $595 in restitution, fines and court costs.

Amanda Haskin, 18, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft, receiving stolen property and conspiracy, filed Nov. 26.

John M. Haslett, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of receiving stolen property, DUI, driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance, driving with suspended registration, driving an unregistered vehicle, improper tires and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, filed Jan. 8.

Brian L. Jones, 48, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving, filed Dec. 3.

Edith A. Kasarda, 47, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft and defiant trespass, filed Jan. 15.

Jennifer L. King, 28, of Worthington, Armstrong County, pleaded guilty to two counts of disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, filed Dec. 17. King was ordered to pay $540 in fines and court costs.

William J. Kunkle, 40, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, possession of a small amount of marijuana, a lane violation, driving with a suspended license, driving with suspended registration and without insurance, filed Dec. 17.

Michael W. Lynn, 28, of Pittsburgh pleaded guilty to charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed Dec. 14. Lynn was ordered to pay $1,055 in restitution, fines and court costs.

Ricky Lee McClain II, 19, of McIntyre, Pa., waived to court charges of retail theft, conspiracy, corruption of minors, receiving stolen property and disorderly conduct, filed Jan. 17.

Michael J. Mershimer, 41, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, improper display of license plates, failure to wear protective equipment for motorcycle riders and careless driving, filed July 3.

Jacob B. Pflugh, 18, of Butler was held for court on charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, conspiracy, two counts of corruption of minors, providing alcohol to minors, possession of drug paraphernalia, underage drinking, unlawful permitting of title and receiving stolen property, filed Dec. 31.

Autumn R. Ruth, 25, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of retail theft, receiving stolen property and disorderly conduct, filed Dec. 21.

Lawrence V. Scarito II, 28, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, possession of a small amount of marijuana, DUI, careless driving and public drunkenness, filed Oct. 1.

Eric H. Snyder, 41, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of accidents involving damage to an attended vehicle, failing to give information or render aid after an accident and driving with a suspended license, filed Dec. 14.

Terry Tribble, 30, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft and conspiracy, filed Dec. 28.

Thomas M. Turner, 52, of Butler waived to court a charge of DUI, filed Dec. 18.

Teresa L. Weiland, 46, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, a lane violation, careless driving and making an illegal turn, filed Dec. 19.

Nkosi T. Zaid-Monk, 20, of Butler was held for court on charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and underage drinking, filed Jan. 12.

Trevor R. Zaliponi, 25, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, accidents involving damage to unattended vehicle or property, a lane violation and careless driving, filed Nov. 30.
