SLIPPERY ROCK — These cases were recently heard by District Judge Clifford Woessner:

Deanna Marie King, 25, of Freeport waived to court two counts of driving under the influence charges, filed Nov. 19 by the Slippery Rock Police Department.

Stephen Lee Hawk of Slippery Rock waived to court two counts of driving under the influence charges, filed Nov. 20 by Slippery Rock Police Department.

Gregory Sean Spirk, 42, of Portersville waived to court two counts of driving under the influence charges, filed Dec. 19 by state police.

Ronald John Parson, 36, of Prospect waived to court two counts of driving under the influence charges, filed Nov. 13 by state police.

Todd Matthew Millard, 29, of Oil City pleaded guilty on charges of theft by unlawful taking, filed Nov. 29 by state police. Millard was ordered to pay $279 in fines.

Michael Stanley Dzon, 22, of Slippery Rock pleaded guilty to charges of simple assault, filed Nov. 8 by state police. Dzon was ordered to pay $3,934 in restitution and court fees.

Lee Allen McKain, 32, of Butler pleaded guilty on charges of use and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Nov. 21 by Butler County detectives. McKain was ordered to pay $355 in fines and restitution.

EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Dawn L. Renner, 40, of Valencia waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 6 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.Patricia A. Werkmeister, 39, of Wexford, Allegheny County, waived her case to court. She was charged Dec. 10 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended license and failure to stop at a red signal.Robert Anthony Wilds, 25, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 31 by the state police with two counts of simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct.Wayne Edward Nicklas, 61, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 19 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol.
