Joseph W. Boyd, 26, of Valencia was held for court on charges of resisting arrest, flight to avoid apprehension, criminal mischief and abandoning a vehicle on a highway, filed Dec. 5 by Penn Township.
Monica Rae Cressley, 22, of Renfrew pleaded guilty to a charge of theft of leased property, filed Dec. 21 by Buffalo Township police. Cressley was ordered to pay $277.16 in restitution, fines and court costs.
Lorraine Donaldson, 19, of Renfrew pleaded guilty to a charge of theft of leased property, filed Dec. 21 by Buffalo Township police. Donaldson was ordered to pay $277.16 in restitution, fines and court costs.
Joshua Edwards, 24, of Kittanning pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Nov. 26 by state police. Edwards was ordered to pay $2,146.56 in restitution, fines and court costs.
Tina Marie Freehling, 20, of Sarver waived to court a charge of false reports to law enforcement authorities, filed Dec. 27 by state police.
Jason Ginza, 26, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, a lane violation, driving too fast for conditions, careless driving and an open container violation, filed Jan. 9 by MiddlesexTownship police.
Jeffrey William Jackson, 51, of Gibsonia waived to court a charge of possession of a controlled substance, filed Nov. 26 by Penn Township police.
Erin Anne Lazor, 21, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Dec. 5 by Penn Township police. Lazor was ordered to pay $265 in fines and court costs.
Michael S. Olson, 28, of Renfrew pleaded guilty to a charge of theft of leased property, filed Dec. 21 by Buffalo Township police. Olson was ordered to pay $260.20 in restitution, fines and court costs.
Joel Tebay, 33, of Butler was held for court on charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance, filed Nov. 14 by Penn Township police.
