CRANBERRY TWP — Interim District Judge Joseph O'Donnell recently heard these cases:

Michael Shawn Schmuck, 18, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 5 by the Cranberry Township police with possession of a controlled substance and purchasing alcohol by a minor.

Robert William Schmuck, 21, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 5 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of combined alcohol and drugs by a minor, possession of a controlled substance, purchasing alcohol by a minor, minors prohibiting operating a vehicle with any alcohol in system and driving with no rear lights.

Christine Bernadette Crowther, 21, of Etna, Allegheny County, waived her case to court. She was charged Dec. 5 by the Cranberry Township police with giving false identification to law enforcement officers, possession of a controlled substance and purchasing alcohol by a minor.

Dale Robert Jackson, 48, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 5 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to stop at a red signal.

Cynthia Lynn Tanner, 39, of New Brighton, Beaver County, waived her case to court. She was charged Oct. 14, by the Cranberry Township police with retail theft, harassment, criminal mischief, recklessly endangering another person, fleeing or attempting to elude officer, driving without lights to avoid arrest and reckless driving.

Michelle M. Gibson, 35, of Wexford, Allegheny County, waived her case to court. She was charged Nov. 19 by the Cranberry Township police with retail theft and conspiracy to commit retail theft.

Matthew Martin Gibson, 34, of Wexford Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 19 by the Cranberry Township police with retail theft and conspiracy to commit retail theft.

Gordon D. Fullard, 35, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 5 by the Cranberry Township police with writing bad checks and receiving stolen property.

Mary E. Kalnas, 43, of Seven Fields waived her case to court. She was charged Dec. 5 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, failing to obey duties at a stop sign and disregard of traffic lane.

EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Michael Gilbert Eichenauer, 25, of Butler had his case held to court. He was charged Oct. 19, by the state police with writing bad checks and theft by deception.Brittany Lynn Welsh, 21, of New Castle, Lawrence County, waived her case to court. She was charged Dec. 19 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol by a minor, purchasing alcohol by a minor, following too closely, careless driving and minors prohibited operating a vehicle with any alcohol in system.Zachery T. Gallo, 22, of Butler had his case held to court. He was charged Dec. 10 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended license and careless driving.Daniel Rice, 19, of Mars waived his two separate cases to court. He was charged Jan. 4 by the state police with burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary and theft by unlawful taking. He was also charged Jan. 9 by the Evans City police with burglary, theft by unlawful taking, conspiracy to commit burglary and conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking.Brandon Richard Lambert, 20, of Mars waived his two separate cases to court. He was charged Jan. 4 by the state police with burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary and theft by unlawful taking. He was also charged Jan. 9 by the Evans City police with conspiracy to receive stolen property and receiving stolen property.Kandyce Lynn Lemus, 18, of Spring Hill, Fla., waived her case to court. She was charged Dec. 31 by the state police with receiving stolen property and conspiracy to commit burglary.Justin Neidigh Sowko, 25, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 10 by the Adams Township police with three counts of failing to obey duties at a stop sign and driving under the influence of alcohol.Robert J. Miller Jr., 49, of Connoquenessing waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 11 by the Evans City police with driving under the influence of alcohol and operating a vehicle without a valid inspection.Anthony David Phillips, 18, of Evans City waived his two separate cases to court. He was charged Jan. 3 by the Evans City police with burglary, theft by unlawful taking, conspiracy to commit burglary, conspiracy to commit retail theft and retail theft. He was also charged Jan. 4 by the state police with burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary and theft by unlawful taking.
