Metz, McDonough
A Jan. 3 wedding is being planned by Pittsburgh residents Cynthia Metz and Gerard McDonough.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Jim and Donna Metz of West Sunbury. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Gerald and Donna McDonough of Pittsburgh.
The bride-elect is a 2003 graduate of Moniteau High School and a 2007 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, where she earned a bachelor of science degree in biology. She is employed at the Frick Cafe in Pittsburgh and is pursuing a master's degree in education at Duquesne University.
Her fiancé graduated in 2001 from Carlynton High School and in 2005 from the University of Pittsburgh, where he earned a bachelor of science degree in psychology and a master of education degree in history at the University of Pittsburgh. He works for Pittsburgh Public Schools.
