Warriors cruise to KSAC victory

The Moniteau boys basketball team scored early and often for a 36-point win, defeating Venango Catholic 86-50 on Wednesday.

Zack McCormick led the Warriors with 26 points, while Tyler Armagost managed a triple-double with 12 points, 11 rebounds and 13 assists.

Josh Loos scored 19 points and had 12 rebounds, and Brandon Simmons added 18 points for Moniteau (7-13, 6-10), which is still alive for a District 9 Class AA playoff berth.
