Bernadette H. Staudt Kujbus Polis, 75, of Richland Township died Friday at St. Barnabas Nursing Home in Richland Township.

Born Sept. 13, 1932, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of Henry and Helen Korn Staudt.

Mrs. Polis was an office manager for North West Mutual Insurance Company.

She is survived by her husband, Louis O. Polis of Richland Township; two children, Nicholas Kujbus III of Butler and Allan Kujbus of Saxonburg; and two grandchildren, Nicholas Kujbus IV of Butler and Ashley Kujbus of Saxonburg.

King, Jr. Funeral Home</B>, Route 8 at 2841 Woodland Circle, Allison Park.A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Richard Roman Catholic Church, 3841 Dickey Road, Gibsonia, with the Rev. Kenneth Oldenski as celebrant.Burial will be in Assumption Cemetery, Glenshaw.
