Linda C. Blystone
Linda C. Blystone, 58, of Slippery Rock died Wed-nesday at her home.
Born April 5, 1949, in New Kensington, she was the daughter of John and Margaret E. Rippey Chillinsky.
She was a computer operator at the encoding center of the U.S. Postal Service in East Pittsburgh and retired in 2003 after five years. Prior to that, she worked in the personnel department at Montgomery Ward in Lower Burrell for many years.
Mrs. Blystone was a member of the Saxonburg Memorial Presbyterian Church.
She enjoyed the beach and her dogs.
She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Charles A. "Sam" Blystone; a sister, Sharon (Bill) Bentz of Freeport; her sisters-in-laws, Dee Blystone, Peg (Barney) Hoffman, Kim (Jeff) Kuruc and Lori (Larry) Skwirut; and her nieces and nephews, Steve and Jeff Bentz, Jordan and Jenny Kuruc, Blake, Macklin and Arielle Skwirut, and Michael and Chris Hoffman.

Blystone, who died Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2007, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the <B>ROBERT PETERS FUNERAL HOME</B>, 1521 Freeport Road, Natrona Heights. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home with her pastor, the Rev. Dave Roddy, officiating.
