2 men sentenced to prison in 2006 stabbing

Two of the three young men tied to the stabbing death of a Valencia man two years ago during a robbery attempt and fight in a fast-food restaurant's parking lot today were sentenced to state prison. The third got probation.

John Auxier, 20, and Keith Miller, 21, were sentenced to 3 to 6 years in prison. But, they are recommended for boot camp after 1 year of imprisonment. The third, Chad Sutter, 21, who was the alleged robbery victim, was sentenced to 6 years of probation and 100 hours of community service.

The robbery attempt and fight occurred Feb. 4, 2006, which was the night before the Pittsburgh Steelers won the Super Bowl.

Robert Naser, 18, bled to death in a minivan after the scuffle.

Sutter, of Middlesex Township, owed one of the men money and the other men went to collect it outside the Burger King on Route 8 about 7:45 p.m. Sutter pleaded guilty to drug charges related to the incident.

Investigators have said they believe the men targeted Sutter because they thought he was a drug dealer who would carry cash and drugs.

Investigators never determined how the two knives came into the fight or who stabbed who.
