Lois Dietz Dodge
Lois Dietz Dodge, 101, of Zelienople, died Saturday at her home.
Born July 29, 1906, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of Edward A. and Adella (Heckel) Dietz.
Mrs. Dodge received her B.A. in elementary education for Wittenburg College and taught in elementary schools in Butler and in Pinellas County, Fla. The family wishes to acknowledge the kindness and love of her many friends, especially Tom and Marietta Batykefer, Kevin and Gwen Lutz, Pastor Robert Keplinger, and Betty Sabo.
She is survived by three nephews, George A. Dietz of Sarasota, Fla., D. Peter Dietz of Menlo, Calif., and John H. Dietz of St. Petersburg, Fla.; a niece, Mary B. Miller of Houston; 10 grandnieces and grandnephews, and 20 great-grandnieces and great-grandnephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband of many years, Henry H. Dodge; two sisters, Dorothy Dietz Baldinger and Caroline Dietz Beachler; a brother, William Earl Dietz; and a nephew, William E. Dietz, Jr.
