It's been seven years since she passed away

We miss our friend Michele Rae Hays

We miss her smile, that could light up the room

We miss her voice, that couldn't carry a tune

We miss her laugh, that was so contagious

We miss her hair, with which she always had to fuss

We miss our good times, that can never be replaced

We miss our fighter, before she lost the race

She was special, definitely one of a kind

She was the sweetest friend you'd ever find.
