Rosella M. Brockett, 82, of Mars, formerly of Sewickley and Hampton Township, died Thursday even-ing.

Born in Weirton, W.Va., Feb. 16, 1925, she was the daughter of Joseph and Nellie Saunders Dunston.

She was a self-employed personal caregiver for families.

Surviving are seven daughters, Mrs. Gary (Sandra) Sadler of Leechburg, Mrs. Joseph (Susan) Lanzino of Shaler Township, Mellissa Walter and Mrs. Charles (Holly) Klink, both of Georgia, and Tammy Kerchner, Mrs. Darin (Regina) Schindler and Mrs. David (Jennifer) Smolensky, all of Mars; a son, Ashley H. Brockett of Connoquenessing; a sister, Margaret Nosche of Ambridge; and three brothers, Kenneth Dunston of Ellwood City, Gerald Dunston of Ambridge and Roy Dunston of St. Louis, Mo. Also surviving are 20 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.

Her husband, Ashley H. Brockett, whom she married June 4, 1943, died April 4, 1961. She also was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.

<B>BROCKETT</B> — Friends of Rosella M. Brockett, who died Thursday, Dec. 20, 2007, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the <B>McDonald-Aeberli Funeral Home</B>, 238 Crowe Ave., Mars. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the funeral home with the Rev. Richard Morledge officiating.
