Special oven sauce
2 cups chopped onion1/3 cup honey1 tablespoon garlic, chopped2 tablespoons lemon juice1 cup sweet pepper, chopped1 tablespoon kosher salt¼ cup dried parsley3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce½ cup dry white wine3 tablespoons vinegar¼ cup mustard2 cups ketchup1 tablespoon Louisiana hot saucePlace all ingredients in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil. Simmer, covered, over very low heat for 1 hour.
