McCabe, Carr

A July 19 wedding is being planned by Tiffany McCabe of Newsoms, Va., and Joseph Carr of Zuni, Va.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of the Rev. David and Cyndi McCabe of Phoenixville. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Wayne and Connie Carr of Zuni.

The bride-elect is a 2000 graduate of Slippery Rock High School and a 2004 graduate of Sweet Briar College. She works for Southampton County Public Schools in Virginia.

Her fiancé graduated in 2001 from Southampton County High School, in 2005 from James Madison University and in 2007 from the Virginia State Police Academy. He is employed by the Virginia State Police.
