Lawrence Foran
In memory of Lawrence J. Foran who passed away one year ago January 20, 2007
Dad, we've spent this year looking back asking why, being shocked and sad. We never imagined how much we would miss you and your witty way of looking at life and your lust for life or your strong political views....don't worry Josh was paying close attention. We could not have known how painful it would be to see Mom without you or to see the sadness on all your grandchildren's faces as they search for someone to go to for honest answers. I especially struggle with how hard it has been on your four precious great-grandchildren. We all work at making sure Elle knows you. Now a year has gone quickly by and we can almost hear you saying "That's enough of all that it's time to move on." So now we will try to stop looking back so much and start being more witty when life serves us lemons and smile when someone is being short tempered or rude. We will try to help someone in pain by trying to make them smile or laugh. I guess what I am saying Dad is we will remember you by living the way you taught us how to live and draw strength from knowing how much you loved us and that you will forever live in all of us.
