Mildred Mae Wolfe, 96, of Sarver died Friday in the skilled nursing center at Homewood Retirement at Crumland in Frederick, Md.

Born June 9, 1911, in Butler, she was the daughter of Charles and Emily Drane Sauter.

She was a member of the Freeport United Methodist Church. Music was a big part of her life and she enjoyed giving piano lessons and playing the organ at her church. She was devoted to her family, was an excellent cook and grew beautiful roses.

Surviving are her two daughters, Mrs. Suzanne Bricker of Middletown, Md., and Mrs. Linda Thomas Easterday of Sheffield Village, Ohio; five grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren.

Preceding her in death was her husband, R. Dale Wolfe in 2001, and a son-in-law, Albert Bricker.

<B>WOLFE</B> — Friends of Mildred Mae Wolfe, who died Friday, Dec. 14, 2007, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the <B>Fox Funeral Home</B>, 410 W. Main St., Saxonburg.Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with the Rev. Edd H. Myers officiating.Burial will follow in Butler County Memorial Park.
