Joan and Dr. Frank Ferraro

Joan Hutchinson and Dr. Frank Ferraro, both of Butler, were united in marriage at 3 p.m. Dec. 8 in a private ceremony in Butler. The Rev. Jeff Stewart officiated.

The bride is the daughter of James and Margaret Hutchinson of Butler. Parents of the bridegroom are Frank and Florence Ferraro of Valencia.

The bride was presented for marriage by her son Stephen Baker. The groom's daughter Ligea Ruff of Boulder, Colo., was also an attendant.

The bride attended Knoch High School and Seton Hill College. She works at Hutchinson Cleaners.

The bridegroom attended Shaler High School and Slippery Rock University. He is employed at Butler Gymnastics Club.

The couple is making their home in Clay Township.
