Golden mushroom pork and apples

2 cans (10¾ ounces each) golden mushroom soup½ cup water1 tablespoon packed brown sugar1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, crushed8 boneless pork chops, ¾ inch thick4 large Granny Smith apples, sliced2 large onions, sliced Stir soup, water, brown sugar, Worcestershire and thyme in 3½-quart slow cooker. Add pork, apples and onions.Cover and cook on low 8 to 9 hours (or on high 4 to 5 hours) or until pork is cooked through.Makes 8 servings.
