12:48 a.m. Wednesday — Amanda Keller, 20, of Tarentum was arrested for driving under the influence on West Wayne Street.Keller also faces charges for DUI while a minor, minors prohibited from driving with alcohol in their system, driving with a suspended license, underage drinking and a stop sign violation.4 a.m. Sunday — Jeremy Karrasch, 22, of Bradford, McKean County was arrested for DUI on East Penn Street. Police also cited Karrasch for failing to use his turn signals.

1:58 a.m. Tuesday — Kelly Everton, 36, of Butler was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after his vehicle struck a gas meter on Evans City Road.

Monday — David Shawn Trout Sr., 39, of Butler was charged with forgery, access device fraud and theft by deception for illegally using a Connoquenessing Township company's credit card between Nov. 8 and Jan. 3.During that time, Trout was employed at United Plate Glass in Connoquenessing Township.

4:40 p.m. Wednesday — Aminivan driven by Donna Chambers, 74, of Emlenton and a car driven by Shelly Manson, 32, of Franklin collided on Route 38 in Richland Township. Police said Chambers was cited for an illegal left turn.

9:50 a.m. Tuesday — Cars driven by Carol Pfeister, 50, of Kittanning and Patricia Yorko, 69, of Freeport collided on Route 268 in West Kittanning.
