Ivan A. Aponte, 41, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving and other traffic violations filed Oct. 15 by Butler Township police.
Ethan P. Brinks, 18, of Butler waived to court charges of manufacturing a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct, filed Oct. 11 by Butler Township police.
Kristen N. Caldwell, 22, of Butler was held for court on charges of theft and criminal conspiracy to commit theft, filed Nov. 13 by Butler Township police.
Nickolas Harmon, 21, of Butler was held for court on charges of theft and criminal conspiracy to commit theft, filed Nov. 13 by Butler Township police.
Marsha Lavrich, 34, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving and driving with a suspended or revoked license, filed by Butler Township police.
Jamie L. Meyers, 28, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of driving under the influence and obedience to traffic control devices, filed May 5 by Butler Township police.
Shane T. Nolan, 34, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving on road laned for traffic, reckless driving and trespass by motor vehicle, filed Nov. 13 by Butler Township police.
Dennis S. O'Shea, 44, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and careless driving, filed Nov. 5 by Butler Township police.
Christina M. Savage, 21, waived to court charges of retail theft and criminal trespass, filed Oct. 31 by Butler Township police.
Jason L. Schindler, 33, of Butler waived to court charges of aggravated assault, criminal mischief, recklessly endangering another person and disorderly conduct, filed Dec. 16 by Butler Township police.
Phillip E. Smith, 41, of Butler pleaded guilty to one charge of criminal trespass, filed Nov. 21 by Butler Township police. He was sentenced to pay $445 in fines and court costs.
Daniel Michael Summerville, 22, of Butler pleaded guilty to one charge of possession of a controlled substance, filed Nov. 15 by state police. He was sentenced to pay $545 in fines and court costs.
