Geibel, Gerhart

An Aug. 9 wedding is being planned by Shawna Geibel of Chicora and Ethan Gerhart of West Sunbury.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Dennis and Darlene Geibel of Chicora. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Carol and Mark Prokay of West Sunbury and Don and Doreen Gerhart of Butler.

The bride-elect is a 2002 graduate of Butler High School and a 2006 graduate of Slippery Rock University. She works as a special education teacher in Butler School District.

Her fiancé graduated in 2001 from Butler High School and in 2005 from Slippery Rock University. He is currently employed as a data analyst with U.S. Steel and is pursuing a master's degree in business administration at Waynesburg University.
