The following services will be held Christmas Eve, Dec. 24:

Christ Community United Methodist Church, 205 N. Duffy Road, Butler Township, will host a contemporary service with praise music at 5:30 p.m., a traditional service with hymns and carols at 7:30 p.m. and a service with meditation and music at 11 p.m.

Community Alliance Church, 800 Mercer Road, Center Township, will host services at 5, 7 and 9 p.m.

Community Life Church, McQuistion Elementary School, will host a service from 6 to 7 p.m.

First English Lutheran Church, 241 N. Main St., will host a children's service at 4:30 p.m. and a candlelight service at 10:30 p.m.

First Presbyterian Church of Bakerstown, Route 8 at Heckert Road, Richland Township, will host a service at 5 p.m. with music by the children, 7 p.m. with music by the praise band, drama and dance and at 10 p.m. with music by the chancel choir. New Life Christian Ministries, South Butler Primary School, 328 Knoch Road, Saxonburg, will host worship celebrations at 7 and 9 p.m. "Christmas Unwrapped" is the theme for both services. Nursery care will be available at the 7 p.m. service only. Christmas activity packets will be available for children at both services. Each person attending will receive a wrapped present.

Park United Presbyterian Church, 115 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople, will hold a candlelight Communion service at 7 p.m.

St. Mark's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 201 W. Jefferson St., will host a family candlelight Communion service at 5 p.m. and Festival Christmas Eve candlelight Communion services at 7 and 10 p.m.

St. Richard Roman Catholic Church, 3841 Dickey Road, Gibsonia, will celebrate Masses at 4 p.m. in the church and in the social hall and at 6:30 and 10 p.m. at the church.

St. Thomas Church in-the-Fields, Route 8 and Dickey Road, Richland Township, will host a family worship service at 7 p.m., a carol sing at 10:30 p.m. and a worship service at 11 p.m.

Trinity Presbyterian Church, 107 Staley Ave., Butler Township will observe a Christmas Eve service at 7:30 p.m.

Westminster Presbyterian Church in America, North Main Street, will host a candlelight Communion service at 7 p.m.
