Klingensmith, Zelinka

Barbara and Mark Zelinka

Butler residents Barbara Klingensmith and Mark Zelinka were united in marriage at 2 p.m. July 21 in a beach wedding at Presque Isle State Park in Erie. The Rev. Bill McNutt officiated. A reception was held at the Lyndora American Legion.

The bride is the daughter of Jerry and Sandy Klingensmith of Butler. The bridegroom is the son of Irene Zelinka of Lyndora.

The honor attendant was Pam Zaborowski of Ford City. Bridesmaids included Michelle Klingensmith and Tina Litzinger, both of Butler, and Brenda Neal of Vandergrift. The flower girl was Jaylei Hemmes of Butler.

Performing the duties of best man was Mike Marzolo of Butler. Ushers included Chris Cronin of Mars, Kevin Klingensmith of Evans City and Ray Grynuck of Lyndora. The ring bearer was Jesse Litzinger of Butler.

The bride is a 1980 graduate of Knoch High School and a 1993 graduate of the Lenape School of Nursing. She works as a nurse with Extended Family Care of Pittsburgh.

The bridegroom graduated in 1984 from Butler High School and in 1985 from Butler Vocational-Technical School. He works as a crane operator for AKSteel.

Following a honeymoon trip to Oahu, Hawaii, the couple is making their home in Butler.
