Archer, Cypher

A July 5 wedding is being planned by Amanda Archer and Philip Cypher, both of Prince George, Va.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Craig and Jennifer Archer of New Martinsville, W.Va., and Judy and Eric Blystone of St. Robert, Mo. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Gary and Yolanda Cypher of Fenelton.

The bride-elect is a 2001 graduate of Magnolia High School and a 2005 and 2007 graduate of West Virginia University, where she earned bachelor's and master's degrees. She is employed by Hopewell Public Schools in Hopewell, Va.

Her fiancé graduated in 2003 from Butler High School and in 2007 from West Virginia University. He works for Prince George County Schools in Disputanta, Va.
