When the Doc states that certain things are your "right" when they are in fact illegal - he is advocating breaking the law. You do NOT have the right to hurt yourself. You do NOT have the right to ingest illegal drugs. Its not a "personal" decision.

and no, discussion on blogs does not lead to new laws - at least not yet. Generally, they are created by elected officials - not internet junkies.
