The Seneca Valley girls swimming team broke two pool records and one school record in downing Penn-Trafford 95-91 on Friday.

Abby Myers broke the school and pool record in the 100 butterfly with a time of 56.97 seconds. Kylie Gamelier had held the school record (57.67) and Amy Deger of Oakland Catholic (57.23) held the pool standard.

The 200 freestyle relay team of Emily Wolfarth, Julie Titley, Rose Snyder and Myers set a pool record with a time of 1:39.92, besting the previous mark of 1:39.97 held by Kelly Miller, Amanda Smith, Clare Thomas and Kristen Bezier.

In the boys meet, the Raiders fell to the Warriors 91-77.

<B>Elderton 59, Summit Academy 21 — </B>Melvin Roman won by pin at 160 pounds for the Knights in their season opener. Travis Kosharsky posted a 7-5 win in overtime at 171. Tariq Muhamed at 130 and Eric Walker at 112 also won for Summit.The Knights wrestle at Burrell Saturday.
