CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:

Adam Jeffery Palm, 28, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 17 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of combined alcohol/drugs, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and failing to obey duties at a stop sign.

Michael Anthony Grasak, 20, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 17 by the Cranberry Township police with use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

Andrew P. Garris, 20, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 17 by the Cranberry Township police with possession or distribution of a small amount of marijuana and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

JoAnn Knauff, 36, of Zelienople waived her case to court. She was charged Nov. 11 by the Cranberry Township police with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

SLIPPERY ROCK — These cases were recently heard by District Judge Clifford Woessner:Matthew R. Yelkovich, 20, of Erie waived to court a possession of drug paraphernalia charge filed Nov. 6 by Slippery Rock University Police.Seth M. Hawk, 19, of Manorville, Pa., waived to court four counts of DUI charges filed Oct. 4 by state police.Jack W. Peluso-Hoffman, 19, of Renfrew waived to court one count of making terrorist threats and one count of disorderly conduct charges filed Nov. 6 by Slippery Rock University Police.Frederick Delmonte, 53, of Mars waived to court an indecent exposure charge filed Nov. 6 by Slippery Rock University Police.

SAXONBURG — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases:Anthony J. McArdle, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving without a license, driving while operating privilege is suspended and restrictions on alcoholic beverages, filed July 20 by state police.Jared T. Ritchey, 23, of Karns City pleaded guilty to a charge of theft by unlawful taking, filed Aug. 20 by state police. He was ordered to pay $1,965 in costs, fines and restitution.Charles Sholes Jr., 45, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and harassment, filed Nov. 24 by state police.

SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:Monica L. Cristiano, 57, of Valencia was held for court on a charge of driving under the influence, filed Sept. 20 by Middlesex Township police.Jaclyn S. Harrison, 29, ofZelienople waived to court charges of aggravated assault, resisting arrest, obstructing the administration of law, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct, filed Oct. 16 by Middlesex Township police.Derek M. Jones, 30, of Cranberry Township pleaded guilty to a charge of bad checks, filed Oct. 4 by state police. Jones was ordered to pay $5,210.30 in restitution, fines and court costs.Brian D. Riggs, 27, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of marijuana, driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance and without registration, and using altered, forged or counterfeit documents or plates, filed Sept. 24 by Middlesex Township police.Joshua T. Shurina, 20, of Sarver waived to court charges of theft, receiving stolen property and disorderly conduct, filed July 30 by Buffalo Township police.
