10:17 a.m. Wednesday — Acar driven by Sharon Zulick, 57, of Center Township and a van driven by Donald Pflugh, 52, of Butler collided at North Washington and West Brady streets.6:35 p.m. Nov. 21 — Cars driven by Danny Roycroft, 58, of Butler and Michael Motonis, 29, of West Sunbury collided on Walker Avenue. After the collision, Motonis' car struck a utility pole. Roycroft was cited for driving on the wrong side of the road.

4:10 p.m. Tuesday — Acar driven by Cory Williams, 22, of Butler crashed into a Jersey barrier on Route 422. Police cited Williams for careless driving.

6:36 p.m. Nov. 23 — A vehicle driven by Rocky Robert Carselle, 25, of Ellwood City, Lawrence County crashed into a speed limit sign along West New Castle Street. Police said Carselle's vehicle was then struck from behind by a vehicle driven by Leslie R. Mitchell, 60, also of Ellwood City.2:12 p.m. Nov. 21 — Jennifer Sharpe reported the overnight theft of a decorative flag and flagpole from the front porch of her Center Street home. The flag depicted a squirrel with the saying, "Welcome to the Nuthouse."7:40 p.m. Nov. 15 — Karie Harancher, 19, of Fombell, Beaver County reported the theft of a car stereo from the dash of her vehicle and a second car radio that was in the trunk, while the vehicle was parked behind the Z Town Cafe on West New Castle Street.

10:20 a.m. Wednesday — Four girls were hurt when the car they were riding in crashed into an embankment on UpperHarmony Road near Route 528 in Connoquenessing Township.The driver and three passengers, all 16 years old, suffered minor injuries. Only one of the girls was treated at Butler Memorial Hospital. Police, who did not identify the girls, said the driver faces a ticket for driving too fast for conditions.7:40 a.m. Wednesday — Acar driven by Sally McCombs, 31, of Slippery Rock struck the rear of a sport utility vehicle stopped for a red light at Route 8 and MercerRoad in Center Township. Jacquiline McBlain, 35, of Butler, who was driving the SUV, suffered minor injuries.Wednesday — An unknown amount of copper wire and pipe was reportedly stolen from an undisclosed location on Edna Lane in Muddy Creek Township. Keith Eisler, owner of the stolen property, told police the theft occurred between Monday and Wednesday.Wednesday — An unknown thief between 3 and 9:30 p.m. stole about 100 pounds of copper tubing and 50 pounds of aluminum window frames from the North Main Street Extension home of Francis Soose in Center Township.9:55 p.m. Monday — Ronald Wilhelm, 31, of Butler is accused of assaulting Steven Sheesman, 47, of Butler during an argument at a Chicora Road home in Donegal Township. Wilhelm is charged with simple assault.2 a.m. Nov. 22 — Amanda L. Albert, 25, of Butler was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on Main Street in Butler.
