3:50 p.m. Wednesday — A Budget rental truck driven by Marsha P. Milich of Butler hit a parked SUV owned by Nancy Petredis of Butler on West Brady Street near Washington Street. Petredis' car was in a no parking zone.Noon Tuesday — A vehicle owned by Gordon D. Bianducci of Butler was struck while parked on Jackson Street near West North Street.
3:18 a.m. Friday — Kristin Lee Capellan, 31, of Munhall was arrested for driving under the influence after the car she was driving crashed on Route 8 at Leslie Distributor in Middlesex Township.4 p.m. Thursday — Daniel Michael Summerville, 22, of Butler was arrested on a felony warrant issued after he allegedly sold crack cocaine to an undercover vice officer in August. Summerville was charged with felony counts of sale of a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility, criminal conspiracy and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. He is in the Butler County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail.7:30 a.m. Thursday — Someone stole four fender flares and a Billet aluminum fuel cap from a gold colored Dodge Ram at Bob's Truck and Auto Repair in Forward Township between 5 p.m. Wednesday and 7:30 a.m. Thursday. Anyone with information should call police at 724-284-8100.7 a.m. Thursday — Someone damaged two mailboxes along Browns Mill Road in Forward Township by throwing concrete blocks at them between 7 p.m. Wednesday and 7 a.m. Thursday. Anyone with information should call police at 724-284-8100.6:30 a.m. Thursday — A tractor trailer struck a vehicle driven by Shannon West, 42, of Slippery Rock while attempting to turn left from South Main Street onto New Castle Street in Slippery Rock. West was wearing a seat belt and was not injured. Anyone with information should call police at 724-284-8100.Nov. 10 — Someone stole a Remington Nylon 66. 22 caliber rifle and a Davis Industries. 25 caliber over-under Derringer pistol from the Boozel Road home of Jeffrey Anthony Kelly in Slippery Rock Township between May 2005 and Nov. 10.
