Michael Patrick Murphy, 22, of Moon Township, Allegheny County, waived to court two counts of DUI charges filed by Slippery Rock Police Oct. 15.
Kelly R. McCullough, 27, of New Castle waived to court a furnishing alcohol to minors charge filed by Slippery Rock Police Oct. 10.
Daniel T. Garrigan, 21, of Springdale waived to court two counts of DUI charges filed by Slippery Rock University Police Oct. 15.
Aaron James Moninger, 30, of Slippery Rock waived to court indecent exposure and open lewdness charges filed by Slippery Rock Police Oct. 15.
Corey W. McFarland, 25, of Clark, Pa., waived to court corruption of a minor and furnishing alcohol to a minor charges filed by state police Oct. 10.
Francis Bernard Ferry, 38, of Slippery Rock waived to court two counts of DUI charges filed by Slippery Rock Borough Police Oct. 11.
Michael Joseph Mershimer, 41, of Butler was held to court on two counts of DUI charges filed by state police Oct. 2.
Christopher Matthew Pickett, 21, of Cowansville waived to court two counts of DUI charges filed by state police Oct. 4.
Jerry Heath Douglas, 31, of Slippery Rock waived to court two counts of DUI charges filed by state police Sept. 18.
Billie Jo Bowers, 41, of Butler was arraigned on use and possession of drug paraphernalia charges filed by state police Sept. 14.

Stoughton recently heard these cases:Cole William Christy, 24, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence, failure to keep right and careless driving, filed May 16 by state police.Tracy Lynn Deal, 36, of Petrolia waived to court 206 counts of identity theft, 196 counts of access device fraud and five counts of receiving stolen property, filed Nov. 2 by state police.Gregory Frampton, 30, of Butler waived to court 10 charges of access device issued to another and one count each of theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, identity theft and theft of property lost, filed Nov. 8 by state police.W. Scott Hart, 26, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of driving under the influence, failure to keep right, disregard traffic lane, speeding and careless driving, filed Aug. 20 by state police.Francis J. Kornick, 54, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and vehicle turning left, filed June 11 by state police.Gary W. Vozar, 38, of Fenelton waived to court charges of driving under the influence and speeding, filed June 12 by state police.Richard W. CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:Joseph Edward Longobardi, 27, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged July 10 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, driving without a license and driving while license is suspended.Kevin Jerome Wozniak, 23, of Carlisle, Pa., waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 23 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and disregard of traffic lane.Jessica Kate Snyder, 22, of Freedom, Beaver County, waived her case to court. She was charged Oct. 3 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.Eric Marmo, 41, of Seven Fields waived his case to court. He was charged July 25 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of controlled substance.
EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Derrek Valimont, 21, of Beaver, Beaver County, had his case held to court. He was charged Oct. 10 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and failing to obey duties at a stop sign.Robert John Barge, 26, of Ellwood City, Lawrence County, waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 11 by the state police with two counts of theft by unlawful taking.Charles Rubb Hoffman, 54, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 25 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.
