SLIPPERY ROCK — These cases were heard recently by District Judge Clifford Woessner:

Amy Lynn Stevens, 23, of Harrisville waived to court two counts of DUI charges filed Sept. 10 by Slippery Rock Police Sept. 10.

Kevin Anthony Linza, 22, of Tarentum, Allegheny County waived to court two counts of DUI charges filed sept. 14 by state police.

William Matthew Graham, 24, of Bruin waived to court two counts of DUI charges filed sept. 26 by Slippery Rock Police.

Melissa Anne Panei, 20, of Portersville was held to court on possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia charges filed sept. 26 by state police.

Eric William Wess, 22, of West Mifflin, Allegheny County, waived to court two counts of DUI charges filed Oct. 1, by Slippery Rock Police.

Edwin L. Wyant, Jr., 20, of Niles, Ohio, was arraigned on fugitive charges. He was wanted by state police.

EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Michael Santucci, 21, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 1 by the Evans City police with driving under the influence of combined alcohol/drugs, failing to obey duties at a stop sign, failing to obey turning movements and required signals and restrictions on alcoholic beverages.Joshua Shurtz, 18, of Ellwood City, Lawrence County, waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 25 by the Jackson Township police with possession of marijuana, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and purchasing alcohol by a minor.Larry Gail Evans, 47, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 28 by the Jackson Township police with 12 counts each of harassment and disorderly conduct.David Alden Gaiser, 35, of Connoquenessing waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 8 by the state police with making terroristic threats, recklessly endangering another person, possession of a firearm prohibited, disorderly conduct and simple assault.Joseph P. Ganster, 48, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 3 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with no rear lights.Joseph M. Ludwig, 42, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 19 by the Zelienople police with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving and damage to property by a motor vehicle.

CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:Norman L. Hredzak, Jr., 35, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 12 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended license and depositing waste on a highway. He had his second case held to court. He was charged Sept. 4 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, use of an improper class of license, driving with a suspended license, careless driving, disregard of traffic lane and operating a vehicle without a valid inspection.Breanne Eileen Coleman, 21, of Pittsburgh waived her case to court. She was charged Sept. 18 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard of a traffic control device, obstructed window and improper sunscreening.Nathan Montani, 28, of Pittsburgh had his case held to court. He was charged May 3, 2006, by the Cranberry Township police with three counts of use/possession of drug paraphernalia and disregard of a traffic control device.Marissa Leigh Halchak, 21, of Moon Township, Allegheny County, waived her case to court. She was charged Sept. 18 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard of traffic lane and careless driving.Anthony R. Viscuso, Jr., 40, of Freedom, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 3 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and disregard of traffic lane.Russell James Fields, 25, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 9 by the Cranberry Township police with simple assault, harassment, public drunkenness and defiant trespass.Jason Sams, 31, of Greensburg waived his case to court. He was charged June 5, 2006, by the Cranberry Township police with theft by deception and receiving stolen property.Brian Ronald Ehrhart, 23, of Gibsonia, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 6 by the Cranberry Township police with possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.Paul Plakidas, Jr., 29, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged May 9 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended license and failing to drive at safe speeds.David W. Prosser, Jr., 24, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 1 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, failing to drive at safe speed and improper use of a learner's motorcycle permit.Matthew W. Stoedklein, 23, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 12 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and failing to drive at safe speed.Anthony Mark Carrie, 27, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 18 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and failing to obey turning movements and required signals.
