Donovan Braskey, 38, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of driving under the influence, drivers to be licensed, driving under suspension, safe speed and careless driving, filed July 16 by Winfield Township police.

Frederick William Buehler, 49, of Sarver was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, speeding, driving under suspension DUI-related, failure to use turn signal and careless driving, filed Sept. 13 by Saxonburg Borough police.

Brian Richard Donevitch, 18, no known address, pleaded guilty to charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Sept. 15 by state police. He was sentenced to time already served in jail and to pay $240 in fines and court costs.

Brian Paul Johnson, 27, of Renfrew waived to court a charge of driving under the influence, filed Sept. 7 by Penn Township police.

Richard Kline III, 26, of Butler was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, driving under suspension DUI-related and speeding, filed Sept. 24 by Buffalo Township police.

Kenneth Long, 44, of Sarver waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving on road laned for traffic and careless driving, filed Oct. 4 by Winfield Township police.

Edward Madey, 57, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of driving under the influence, safe speed and careless driving, filed Aug. 27 by Buffalo Township police.

Gary D. McGee, 46, of Sarver waived to court charges of driving under the influence and speeding, filed Sept. 13 by Buffalo Township police.

Richard J. Netherland Jr., 19, of Millvale was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, driving under the influence as a minor, safe speed and careless driving, filed Oct. 4 by Jefferson Township police.

Melissa L. Silk, 29, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and careless driving, filed Sept. 10 by Penn Township police.
