You tell 'er Renay! Let's not forget about the kids who have developmental problems (ADHD, Aspergers, etc.) and aren't diagnosed because their parents are in denial or fear having their children labeled. Those kids fall through the cracks of the educational system and are viewed as lazy troublemakers. Too many teachers don't have the education/training to recognize those underlying problems. Just something for all teachers reading this to think about.
