8:20 p.m. Tuesday — Richard Russel, 41, of Butler was arrested following a disturbance at 129 Morton Ave. He faces a charge of simple assault.8:12 p.m. Tuesday — A small silver vehicle driven by an unknown person and a vehicle driven by Jason J. Taylor, 26, of Slippery Rock collided on West Cunningham Street near Pillow Street. No injuries were reported.3:59 p.m. Tuesday — Heath McClain Morgano, 27, of Butler was arrested on an existing warrant after he allegedly followed an ex-girlfriend home from work. He faces charges of driving while privilege suspended or revoked and harassment/physical strike.

11:43 a.m. Tuesday — Vehicles driven by Susan D. Hartman, 48, of Valencia and Kevin Christopher Travis, 24, of Gibsonia collided on Route 8 at the Valencia Post Office in Middlesex Township. Both drivers sustained minor injuries and were wearing seat belts. Hartman was cited for a summary traffic violation.11 p.m. Tuesday — Robert Wilds, 25, of Pittsburgh was arrested for simple assault against Danielle Knight, 28, of Pittsburgh on Interstate 79 in Lancaster Township. He was placed in Butler County jail in lieu of $5,000 bond.2:45 p.m. Tuesday — Edwin L. Wyant of Niles, Ohio, wanted by the Galax Police Department in Virginia, was arrested. He was placed in Butler County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bond.7 a.m. Monday — Someone has been throwing screws on the driveway of Gayle Blackwood, 44, along Election House Road in Franklin Township, causing three flat tires on her trailers. Anyone with information should call state police at 724-284-8100.2:24 a.m. Sunday — Celeste McKruit of Butler was stopped for a summary traffic violation and arrested under suspicion of driving under the influence on Route 38 near the Pennsylvania-American Water Co. building in Summit Township.Oct. 25 — Gabriel Zalfini, 20, of Pittsburgh was cited for underage drinking at 277 Centerville Pike in Brady Township.11:45 p.m. Oct. 24 — Several individuals assaulted Timothy Ruffo, 21, of Boardman, Ohio, while he was attending a party at 277 Centerville Pike in Brady Township.

8 a.m. Tuesday — Someone stole about 15 catalytic converters from the garage of John E. Hardisky on Leesburg-Grove City Road in Springfield Township between 5 p.m. Monday and 8 a.m. Tuesday. The catalytic converters are valued at $1,200.6 a.m. Tuesday — Someone caused $500 in damage and stole $300 in cash from two refrigerated candy machines on the walkways of Grove City Prime Outlets in Springfield Township between 12:01 a.m. Oct. 16 and 6 a.m. Tuesday. The machines belong to Den-Vend of New Castle.

2:20 p.m. Tuesday — A car driven by Judith Goldie, 43, of Zelienople and a truck driven by Steven Scott, 33, of Butler collided on Route 19 near Countryview Road in Slippery Rock. Goldie was taken to Jameson Hospital with injuries of unknown severity.
