SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

John C. Diehl, 23, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of burglary, theft and receiving stolen property, filed Aug. 31 by state police.

Justin Fitzpatrick, 28, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed Aug. 31 by state police. Fitzpatrick was ordered to pay $445 in fines and court costs.

Joseph C. Galutzi III, 29, of Tarentum pleaded guilty to charges of theft, receiving stolen property and conspiracy, filed Aug. 31 by state police. Galutzi was ordered to pay $540 in restitution, fines and court costs.

In a separate case, Galutzi waived to court charges of theft, receiving stolen property and conspiracy, filed Aug. 31 by state police.

Anthony Harrison, 29, of Freeport was held for court on charges of aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, simple assault, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, filed Oct. 1 by Buffalo Township police.

Chad Kordes, 19, of Natrona Heights, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, minors prohibited from having alcohol in their system, an open container violation and a lighting violation, filed Aug. 13 by Buffalo Township police.

James D. Mydock, 51, of Freeport waived to court charges of DUI, driving on the wrong side of the road, and a lane violation, filed Aug. 13 by Buffalo Township police.

Zachary Norris, 24, of Russellton, Allegheny County, pleaded guilty to charges of theft, receiving stolen property and conspiracy, filed Aug. 31 by state police. Palmer was ordered to pay $550 in restitution, fines and court costs.

In a separate case, Norris waived to court charges of burglary, theft and conspiracy, filed Aug. 20 by state police.

George Palmer, 22, of Russellton pleaded guilty to charges of theft, receiving stolen property and conspiracy, filed Aug. 31 by state police. Palmer was ordered to pay $550 in restitution, fines and court costs.

In a separate case, Palmer waived to court charges of theft, receiving stolen property and conspiracy, filed Aug. 20 by state police.

Thomas Petkas, 22, of Allison Park, Allegheny County waived to court charges of theft, receiving stolen property and conspiracy, filed Aug. 20 by state police.

Thomas Roberts, 38, of Sarver waived to court charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and public drunkenness, filed Sept. 19 by Buffalo Township police.

Elizabeth K. Woolner, 23, of Valencia waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving, littering on the highway and an equipment violation, filed Aug. 27 by state police.

BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases filed by Butler Township police:Amanda L. Cypher, 22, of Pittsburgh pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Sept. 13. Cypher was ordered to pay $340 in fines and court costs.Steven S. Defelice Jr., 22, of Lyndora pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of a small amount of marijuana, filed Sept. 4. Defelice was ordered to pay $395 in fines and court costs.Joseph A. Summerville, 30, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and careless driving, filed Sept. 12.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Sarah Archer, 18, of Butler waived to court charges of theft and access device fraud, fled Aug. 8.Preston R. Bartmas, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance and illegal possession of a firearm, filed Oct. 16.Kimberly Jo Cousins, 44, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving without insurance, disregarding traffic lane, not using low beams and driving with improper tires, filed Sept. 19.Lanny Dillaman, 49, of West Sunbury was held for court on charges of DUI, failure to keep to the right, a passing violation and an open container violation, filed July 9.Kimberly Donofrio, 46, of Valencia waived to court a charge of trespass and seven counts of criminal mischief, filed May 31.Danial Dopson, 20, of Butler waived to court three counts each of burglary and trespass, four counts each of conspiracy and receiving stolen property, 16 counts of theft by unlawful taking, 13 counts of theft from a vehicle, and a charge of criminal mischief, filed June 15.Tracy Huselton, 45, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of simple assault and careless driving, filed July 30. Huselton was ordered to pay $520 in fines and court costs.Melanie O. Kaplin, 18, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of burglary, conspiracy, trespass, theft and receiving stolen property, as well as theft and access device fraud, in separate cases filed Aug. 8.Eric A. Kradel, 25, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, speeding, no rear lights and not wearing a seat belt, filed Aug. 20.Michael Lee Kradel, 39, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving without insurance, disregarding traffic lanes, driving too fast for conditions and careless driving, filed Aug. 21.Leslie A. McGinnis, 50, of Parker waived to court charges of DUI, failure to keep to the right, driving too fast for conditions and careless driving, filed Aug. 23.Lindsay Lee Skander, 25, of Butler waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed Oct. 18.Andrea E. Strobel, 47, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, failure to keep to the right, disregarding traffic lanes, failure to yield, a lane violation, driving too fast for conditions and careless driving, filed Oct. 15.John Thiel, 53, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed July 27.Craig Young, 20, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance and a small amount of marijuana, filed Sept. 5.
