ok. a pharmacist is a bit more educated, don't you think? and of course their hours are a bit different than a teacher. merit pay is the way to go. there are some teachers who work very hard. but 6% raise? corporate america gets 2%. they are no better. they need to get real. we all have important jobs and work hard.
