Nowhere did I say teachers are paid too much. Nowhere did I say that privatizing schools would lower salaries. If anything, it would raise them by cutting all the "fat" i.e. administrators. It amazes me what people infer from posts on this site. Finally, I and most other people in the world are not paid to "care". We are paid to do what we were hired to do, and do it right. Happy is the person who is passionate about his or her job but that is not what the paycheck is for. Results are what count. And if the only way to get a wage one wants is to picket while students suffer, I don't have much use for that system.
