The Studebakers in 1947

Robert and Mary Studebaker of Slippery Rock celebrated 60 years of marriage recently at Shenandoah Crossing Resort in Gordonsville, Va. A surprise party and vow renewal ceremony was held Saturday at West Liberty United Methodist Church.

The former Mary Ritenour married Studebaker on Oct. 18, 1947.

They have three children, Denny Studebaker of Mercer, Darwin Studebaker of Grove City and Sherry Hempfling of Knoxville, Tenn.They also have 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.Studebaker is retired from Cooper Bessemer.They belong to West Liberty United Methodist Church.
