I remember the day I met you,
And the day GOD made you mine.
I remember the day I lost you,
And will till the end of time.
Among my tears and heartaches,
There's one thing that makes me glad,
That you chose me to spend
the happy years we had.
I tend your grave with loving care,
Because a part of my heart is buried there.
