Jamison, O'Lare

Holly and Michael O'Lare

Edinburg residents Holly Jamison and Michael O'Lare were united in marriage at 3:30 p.m. June 16 at Grace Community Church in Cranberry Township. The Rev. Craig DeBower officiated. A reception followed at the Four Points Sheraton in Marshall Township.

The bride is the daughter of Sherb and Sue Jamison of Emlenton. Parents of the bridegroom are Michael O'Lare Sr. of Bellevue and Linda Smith of Irmo, S.C.

The matrons of honor were the bride's sisters Melissa Hanlon of Evans City and Valerie Jordan of Chicora. Bridesmaids included Diane Warner of Butler; Megan Nagel of Maplewood, Minn.; Megan Balawejder of Cranberry Township and Aubrey Worek of Monroeville.

Performing the duties of best man was Zack O'Lare of North Beach, Md. Ushers included Jason Hanlon of Evans City, Casey Jordan of Chicora, Andy Kunselman of Pittsburgh, Vince Mikolay of Los Angeles, Sean Donovan of Rumford, R.I., and Erik Thompson of Quincy, Mass. The ring bearers were Jamison Hanlon of Evans City and Braxton Jordan of Chicora.

The bride is a 1998 graduate of Moniteau High School and a 2002 graduate of Slippery Rock University, where she earned a bachelor of science degree in exercise science. She works as the general manager of Butler Health and Fitness in Butler.

The bridegroom graduated in 1997 from Knoch High School and in 2002 from Slippery Rock University, where he earned a bachelor of science degree in education. He works as a physical education and health teacher for the Mohawk School District.

Following a honeymoon trip to 1997, the couple is making their home in Edinburg.
