Burdett, Wolfe
Alicia Burdett of Shelocta and Joshua Wolfe of Kittanning were united in marriage at 2:30 p.m. Aug. 4 at Christ Prince of Peace Church in Ford City. The Rev. Edward Lewis officiated. A reception followed at the 10th Street Station in Ford City.
The bride is the daughter of Edward and Karen Burdett of Kittanning. Parents of the bridegroom are Veryl and Dianna Wolfe of Kittanning.
The maid of honor was the bride's sister Nicole Burdett of Kittanning. Bridesmaids included Stacy Reed of Kittanning, Maria Faith of Cheswick and Vanessa Gross of Pittsburgh. The junior bridesmaid was the bride's daughter Taylar Burdett of Shelocta.
Performing the duties of best man was John Singleton of Vandergrift. Ushers included Tim Levcik and Aaron Valasek, both of Pittsburgh, and Tim Miller of Lancaster. The junior groomsman was Jacob Goldinger of Saxonburg.
The bride is a 2000 graduate of Kittanning High School and a 2004 graduate of Indiana (Pa.)University, where she earned a bachelor of science degree in accounting. She works at Klingensmith's Drug Stores in Ford City.
The bridegroom graduated in 1998 from Ford City High School and in 2003 from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown, earning a bachelor of science degree in environmental studies. He works for Environmental Land Surveying in Indiana, Pa.
