Tamara C. Austel, 29, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft and taking merchandise, filed Sept. 28 by Cranberry Township police.

Barry A. Boros, 44, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of theft by deception-false impersonation, receiving stolen property and bad checks, filed April 25 by Cranberry Township police.
